A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. In case of severe weather, Bouncyland reserves the right to cancel for safety reasons, and a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Adult supervision is required at all times while the equipment is in use. Children's safety is our priority, but Bouncyland is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision. Please follow all safety rules provided at the time of setup.
The customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. No silly string, food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed inside the inflatables. A cleaning fee may apply if the equipment is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
The customer must ensure a clear, flat area for setup and provide access to a dedicated power outlet. We will handle professional setup and teardown. Please ensure all pets are secured and the path to the setup area is clear.
By renting from Bouncyland, the customer agrees to release Bouncyland LLC from any and all liability for injuries or damages arising from the use of the equipment.
